Program Description
Better Offers Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to provide loan inquiry updates, rate notifications, appointment reminders, and account-related communications to customers who opt in to receive text messages.
Opt-In & Consent
By checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Better Offers Inc. at the mobile number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, obtaining a mortgage, or receiving any other services from Better Offers Inc.
Message Types
Messages may include:
- Loan application status updates
- Rate change notifications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Document request notifications
- Account-related alerts
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your loan inquiry status and activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month during active loan processing.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Better Offers Inc. does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Better Offers Inc. unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
