Broker Compensation

Better Offers Inc is compensated by lenders for arranging mortgage loans. This compensation does not affect the interest rate or terms you receive. We are required by law to disclose our compensation to you before you commit to a loan.

Lender Relationships

We work with a network of over 50 wholesale and retail lenders to find you the best loan terms. We are not employees of these lenders and act as an independent broker on your behalf.

Not a Lender

Better Offers Inc is a mortgage broker, not a direct lender. We arrange loans between borrowers and lenders but do not fund loans with our own capital. All loans are subject to lender approval and underwriting criteria.
